I lost my circadian rhythm from a navy career and usually have to take something to be able to sleep more than 3 hours at a time. It works but this morning for some unknown reason I woke about 0230. Going to try the pillow talk. Thank you, Timothy.

Thank you for your service! I don't discount medical help with sleep needs. I recommend checking in with a Doctor when sleep deprivation is taking place. Glad it's helped with your post-service disruption. And praying that the Lord meets you in prayer at unexpected wake ups!
